🌟 Welcome to the heart of the Burundian Community of Texas 🌟
The Burundian Community in Texas (BCT) is a nonprofit, non-political, and non-denominational organization established to unite and serve Burundians living in the state of Texas.
Rooted in the values of solidarity, cultural pride, and community development, BCT works to promote the well-being, integration, and empowerment of its members while preserving and celebrating Burundian heritage.

BCT partnered with FMV to support the education of Burundian children refugee living in Rwanda.
This support focused on vulnerable students, covering tuition fees, school materials, and basic supplies.

Through the establishment of an Education Support Fund by FMV in Rwanda and BCT’s outreach in Texas, the partnership raises awareness about the challenges faced by refugees, especially children, and mobilizes diaspora members and allies to get involved by supporting educational initiatives, fundraising efforts, and advocacy for the rights and dignity of displaced communities and other vulnerable populations.
